To use the service you simply
- Place your clothes in the VIP bag that we have provided for you.
- Place the bag in a predesignated location – there is no need to be home.
- Your True Blue Valet driver will pick up the VIP bag and deliver the cleaned clothes to your home just a few days later on your fixed scheduled delivery days. Simple, fast and convenient.

You are always in control
- Track any of the items we pick up at your home – just use the True Blue Valet preprinted receipt – put one copy in your True Blue bag and keep one for your records.
- If you have special instructions – just make a note on the preprinted receipt and leave it with your True Blue Valet bag.
